Today I was feeling much disturbed by some emotions, thoughts, and my own expectations. So I sat for meditation with this teaching of Baba’s. I followed the
dharana step by step. As soon as I visualized the blue jewel in the temple of shimmering light in my
sahasrara, I prayed to Gurumayi ji to give me strength and guidance to become immersed within this radiant blue jewel.
As I did so, rays of peace started showering upon me. I felt I was bathing in joy. All my thoughts were washed away, and gradually my whole being started merging with the light. I was enjoying the deep contentment, supreme stillness, and the bliss of Consciousness in the moment—and it is all still with me.

Meditating on this teaching of Baba’s leads me into a deep abyss of sapphire blue where at times the Blue Pearl flashes, sometimes as a black diamond, sometimes as a crystal-clear diamond, and at other times as a light blue dot. Its appearance soothes my heart and allows me to dive deeper into a sea of tranquility and peace.
